Every proposal is prepared for the assignment: dates, location, guests, and the level of service you have in mind. We do not publish fixed prices.

Do you provide the ingredients?
Usually yes. Shopping is arranged around your preferences and confirmed in the proposal, along with how it is billed.
Can the chef adapt a sample menu?
Every sample menu is a starting point. Season, market, and your guests shape the final version after a conversation.
Does the chef also serve?
For smaller tables the chef can serve. For larger groups we suggest adding service staff, which we can arrange.
How far in advance should I enquire?
As early as your plans allow. Availability is confirmed personally by our team once we have reviewed your request.
