When you send a request for a proposal we store the details you provide: your name, contact details, dates, location, requested services, and the message you write. We also record the language of your submission and a technical fingerprint used only to prevent duplicate submissions.
Why we use it
To review your plans, prepare a proposal, and contact you about it using the method you prefer. If you tick the optional marketing box we may send occasional news; you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
Who sees it
Only the owner and team of Chefs House 24. Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled system. We share your details with a professional only when needed to prepare or deliver a confirmed assignment, and never sell them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage the request and our business relationship, after which they are archived or deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting us using the details on the Contact page.
