Before arrival we discuss meals per day, guest numbers, children, dietary needs and the kitchen. The chef handles shopping and adjusts menus as the week unfolds.
One highlight dinner or every evening
Some stays need a chef every day; others just one celebration dinner. Both are welcome, and service staff can be added for larger tables.
